Place your Router

Place your router near a window and in close proximity to a power source.

Tip: Avoid surrounding your router with metal objects or placing it next to other electrical devices.

Connect the Power Adapter to Your Device

Plug the power adapter into the device and then into a power source. Make sure to turn the device On before clicking Next.

Check NET LED Indicator

Tip: When the LED is:

Green: your router is connected.

Yellow: limited signal

Red: no signal

Tap Next when the NET LED Indicator turns solid Green. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Verify Your Details

Please wait while we fetch your device details. Your initial device set up may take several minutes. Once the set up is complete, you can manage your network information from the Device section.

Remember, you can review it anytime in the Device and Account section.
